Arroz de Festa (literally "party rice") is an expression in Portuguese to designate someone who loves to celebrate. Inspired by the versatility of rice, an ingredient for risottos, paellas or the classic Brazilian rice-and-beans, a flexible identity was created to this high-class catering service. The main idea was to use one simple element – the rice – as the basis for patterns that would be at the same time sophisticated and playful, classic and informal.
