Nike
In 2007 Nike hired Brazilian research company Box1824 to learn more about football in Latin America, investigating the lives and behaviors of hundreds of teens and young adults obsessed with the sport. A deep research was made in four football capitals: Buenos Aires, Mexico City, Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo. The study resulted in a guide, presented to Nike as a book designed entirely with commissioned photography by Jacob Langvad.
The cover, made with white screen over a green suede, is a tactile representation of the football field and Nike's brand itself.
A series of infographics represent the daily training routine of young players and their relationship with their idols.
